— SHIPPING —

We send packages as soon as it possible, but due to our frequent trips it may take some time. Usually no longer 2-3 days, but in some cases may be up to week.
We send packages as priority mail with tracking number.

Shipping costs to different countries:

Poland
Accessories and training suits: 3€
Large parcels (costumes, etc.): 10€
Local pickup (Warsaw): free

Europe, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia
Accessories and training suits: 8€
Large parcels (costumes, etc.): 20€

Asia
Accessories and training suits: 12€
Large parcels (costumes, etc.): 30€

Rest of the world
Accessories and training suits: 10€
Large parcels (costumes, etc.): 25€

— PAYMENTS —

We accept PayPal with 5% handling fee and direct bank transfer (SWIFT). If you’ve got problems with it – contact us and we’ll work something out to help you.

— REFUND —

We haven’t got any refund requests ever since we started. So it’s very unlikely you would want to request a refund, but in case you are thinking about it, please note: we can refund your order only of situation is meet certain conditions:

• Item has a defect caused by our side and you can prove it’s not caused by post, improper use or something else.
• You send it back to us, delivery cost is on you.

In this case we’ll make a refund as soon as we get item back.

We do not accept refund in any other case: not your size, you don’t like the color, delivery takes too long or something like that.
